菊粉
简介
菊粉是一种贮藏多糖,主要从植物中提取。菊芋块茎、牡丹块茎和蓟块茎等植物中含有非常丰富的菊粉。菊粉以胶体形式存在于细胞原生质中。易溶于热水,加入乙醇后会与水分离;它不会和碘反应。菊粉在稀酸条件下容易水解为果糖,这是果糖的共同特征。
