Foreign Trade Merchandiser (4 people)
Job Requirements:
1、Bachelor Degree， Major in Chemical or International Trading, CET-6, 1 year and above relating working experience
2、Familiar with Chemical, and Foreign-trade documents as well. Good at oral/writing English in commercial business letter/E-mails. Handle order proceeding and QC work independently with foreign customers.
3、Good personalities and social communications. Smart、progressive and responsible. Hard-working oriented under huge pressure and independent.
4、Capable for a moderate business trip inland and abroad, is a plus to have Chemical and Food ingredient experience.
工作要求：
1，具有国际贸易知识；熟悉进出口流程，熟悉信用证业务；
2，大专及以上学历，具有良好的英语阅读，写作，听，说能力。工作认真，责任心强，独立处理问题；
3，有信用证，电汇的知识。与其他部门或供应商保持良好的沟通和协调；
4，具有团队合作精神，责任心强；有效处理运输过程中的各种紧急情况；
5，思想清晰，沟通能力强，组织协调能力强，对变化的适应能力强，抗压能力强；
6，具有货运代理行业工作经验者优先
工作内容：
1，负责就运输事宜与供应商和货运公司联系。
2，负责船务部门所有工作程序的正常运作，包括订舱，商检，报关，保证单，进口，退货等；
3，与工厂保持密切联系，及时检查提货单，装箱单，发票。
4，操作整个出口单证，确保单证质量和各项条款的正确性。确保所有订单均按时成功寄出；
5，核对所有运输文件，验证单，CO。组织正确的运输时间表和装箱单给公司有关部门；
6，熟悉进出口流程。根据交货要求使用空运，海运或其他运输方式。
7，了解运输单据（发票，装箱单，运输单据，提货单等）。
